Bangkok’s Ancient City

Kicking off my blog with a first post is always hard. Living in Bangkok though, I do shoot a lot of original content. So finding a relevant topic to write about wasn’t hard at all. I visited another attraction of Bangkok which mostly Thai people go to, “The Ancient City” in Samut Prakan. And tried to display the beauty of this area by editing the pictures as if they were shot on film, like back in the days, as the museum focuses mainly on Thai history.

Quoting the Ancient City’s website:
“The Ancient City is the door opening to the heritage of Thai wisdom. With a wide range of architectural symbols combined with fine arts and craftsmanship, structural layout and natural environment that integrate harmoniously, The Ancient City creates a kind of atmosphere that induces visitors to perceive and appreciate the continuity of history, cultures, religions, arts and customs of Thai people from dawn until now.”

The amazing nature is a pleasure to see when living in the concrete jungle called Bangkok.

A wide range of architectural styles like Southern, Northern and Northeastern can be seen and it’s lovely to photograph.

I will have to return to the Ancienty City to film a video for my internship project. Hopefully with a better sky as the sky today was very white and misty.
This week I have several projects coming up like a model shoot and another travel to the Thai islands for work. Get ready for more blog posts!
